Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Curiousity Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

Changes to Terms

curioustudios reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Access to the Bot

curioustudios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Curiousity bot within your Discord server in accordance with these Terms.

User Conduct

You agree not to use Curiousity in any way that is unlawful, or harmful to curioustudios, other users, or third parties.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Curiousity (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of curioustudios and its licensors.

Termination

curioustudios may terminate or suspend your access to Curiousity immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms or at curioustudios' own discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Curiousity is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

curioustudios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use Curiousity.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings related to or arising out of these Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
